Lucy Smith is a radio host on triple j, music journalist, MC and DJ from Sydney, Australia. A self-confessed dancing queen, in 2024 Lucy made the switch from the front of the dancefloor to behind the decks. 

Lucy’s skill as a selector is driven by a deep passion and knowledge of music, with over 10 years of broadcasting experience. Previously, Lucy was the flagship breakfast host on FBi Radio and since 2020 she’s hosted Mornings on triple j, reaching an audience of 2 million nationwide. The personability and energy you hear on-air translates into Lucy’s live sets - blending deep house, dance, electronic and genre-bending pop. 

Beyond the booth, Lucy is a presenter and MC, hosting events and in-conversations for Live Nation, Yours and Owls Festival, SXSW, BIGSOUND, Australian Fashion Week and ALWAYS LIVE Victoria - plus our very own Musica Copa and UC10: A Decade of Dance.
